Ordering team gear doesn’t have to be stressful. After 50 years outfitting Orange County teams, we’ve boiled the whole process down to a simple checklist. Follow these steps and you’ll go from “we need shirts” to “everyone’s in uniform” without the last-minute scramble.
The coach’s checklist
- Lock your roster early — collect names, numbers, and sizes up front so nothing holds up your order.
- Choose your garment — browse our catalogs or see samples in-store to compare fit and feel.
- Have your logo ready — vector artwork is ideal (more on that below).
- Pick your method — screen printing for team shirts, vinyl or DTF for names and numbers.
- Order about two weeks out — that’s the typical turnaround for larger printed orders.
Don’t forget the whole roster
The players are just the start. Think about who else wants to represent: assistant coaches, team parents, siblings, and superfans. Ordering a few extra shirts — and some team mom or parent apparel — means everyone in your group can show their colors, and you’re covered when a late signup joins the team.
Don’t have a logo file?
No problem — we can create or convert artwork for you. Just bring us what you have, whether it’s a rough sketch, an old jersey, or a low-res image, and we’ll turn it into something print-ready. Our goal is to make the ordering part the easy part, so you can focus on coaching.
